The practices of the Hospital – Chipola Surgical & Medical Specialties, Chipola QuickCare, and Internal Medicine Associates of Jackson Hospital – also have a separate, secure patient portal for their patients’ use.
Both the Hospital portal and the practices’ portals provide you with online access to your health information:

Use the username and password you established at the Hospital for Hospital Portal Access. Use the username and password you established during your practice visit to access the Practice Portal.
